Small, gilt bronze stupa. This kind of stupa comes from the great Bengali teacher, Atisha (982-1054), whose visit to Tibet energized the second spread of Buddhism. His disciple Dromtonpa, a previous incarnation of the Dalai Lama, founded the Kadampa order.
