Tibetan Tantric “demon” quelling set from Tibet circa 1940. Ngagpa”s triangular iron box with half dorje finial containing 10 demon quelling implements — bow, arrow, hammer, elephant goad, chopper, axe, shackles, phurba, tongs for paper linga, spear, some traces of gold and silver inlay on implements. Interior of box retains original polychrome nine mountain peaks which are important to Buddhists and to the Bon tradition.
