Nyingma Protector

Protector deity of the nynmapa sect of Buddhism stepping to his right in a swirl of red flames while trampling two prostrate human forms. He holds a ritual dagger in his right arm and a staff in his left arm while holding a kapala. Two practitioner are depicted in the top of the painting and two protective deities are in the lower portion. The composition is in an easter Tibetan setting. The painting is extremely well executed. Framed.
