Vaishravana

རྒྱལ་ཆེན་རིགས་བཞི།

Framed tangka depicting Vaishravana. Stern in appearance, regally attired, he holds upraised in the right hand a victory banner. The left holds a jewel spewing brown mongoose to the thigh. Riding atop a white snow lion with a green flowing mane, he is surrounded by a dark blue nimbus and green areola encircling the head. At the top center is the wrathful form of the bodhisattva Vajrapani. At the left is the wealth deity Yellow Jambhala. At the right is the female consort and wealth deity Yellow Vasudhara.
